Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Paper & Parables purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Paper & Parables. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sarahc@paperandparables.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable.
